Spring break is over, and school is swamping me, but I’ll make a quick update. I’ll post what I can remember since I’ve been busy.

We’ve done Dynamis as normal in the last few weeks, cycling through the cities and snow. Our city runs gave us the usual multiples of AF and decent coinage, but our snow runs have been especially nice to us. An amazing Dynamis-Xarcabard gave us our best AF drops in quite a while. Grats to Malthroy on Duelist Chapeau and Mahado on Valor Surcoat! Our last Dynamis-Beaucedine saw us leave with two coveted Cleric’s Briaults for our White Mages. Grats to Nattle and Bokchoi on those. I also want to say congrats to all those who have completed AF sets in the last weeks, and those who have received AF in the city runs.

In the coming weeks we’re going to be spamming Omega most likely, and our first of those came last week. WTF at no Homam head (we need more?!), and instead really nice drops in Homam Gamberias for Krandor and Homam Manopolas for Tarenwebber. More to come in the weeks ahead (pants wru!)!

With the coming of the version update, we were happy to welcome two new Byakko’s Haidates to the LS. We were able to farm four (OMG) Byakko popsets. Congrats to Chaino and Ravien on their new haidates. We also received a fair amount of synth materials and other abjurations. Congrats to all those that received items from these, haidate are so long overdue. <3

Monday we headed into Sea to do our weekly farming. Surprisingly, we were able to walk away with decent drops: a pop set for Prudence, an extra third virtue, and a Faith Torque.

Tuesday we added to both of our Proto pop sets, giving us another Omega and Ultima coming up soon.

Dynamis-Xarcabard was Wednesday, and we were surprised to see not one, not two, but four AF drops off of the opening pull. The NMs dropped us one more, for a total of 5 much needed Xarcabard AF. Grats to everyone who won AF!

Dreading making the huge post of recent linkshell events but here it is. ; ;

I’m gonna work backwards because I’m having a hard time remembering what went on lol. This Friday we did a run of 3 Ouryus to farm Monarch Orbs for the Bahamut v2 fight. Pretty standard battle and drops, the usual 9x Kunwu Ores, 3 Wyrm Horns, 3 Tutelarys, and my first time seeing an Imanotsurugi, along with Siren’s Hair, Damascene cloth, and the other usual dragon parts. Was fun since we haven’t visited Ouryu in a long time, and got to enjoy a few hours of Hyo’s mazurka singing.

Wednesday we decided on a last minute Dynamis-Xarcabard and figured we could try and hit up Dynamis Lord for some fun, since our last Dynamis-Xarcabards had been geared toward Animated Horn. We got through the NMs fairly quickly, although they were all stingy except King Zagan (um, thanks for Wyrm Armet?). We started on the Vanguard Dragons with almost 2 hours left in zone. Thanks to some great stunning from our RDM/DRKs, to be honest I never really even saw DL hit anyone and we took him down really easy with no deaths. But Dynamis Lord stiffs us AGAIN, a 100 byne bill and no Shadow items anywhere to be seen. Sigh. With Dynamis Lord down, we proceeded to farm with over an hour left on our glasses, and were rewarded with a needed pair of Clerics Mitts. Grats to all those who beat Dynamis-Xarc for the first time!

Continuing the streak of half shitty drops in sea, we did our weekly farm/jailer pop on Monday. From the previous week, we had acquired a Hope pop set and a stack of chips for Fortitude. Fortitude was nice enough to drop us a torque, which was freelot among the PLDs present. Grats to Tarenwebber on his new Fortitude torque. Moving on to Hope, we didn’t get a torque but were lucky enough to get a virtue drop to add to our set. We also were able to pop Ix’drg and get a deed to finish a Prudence set, which we went out to pop immediately. No torque or virtue on the Prudence, maybe next time.

The Sunday previous, we entered Dynamis-Bastok to get a win for a few members (and/or mules lol) that needed the win. We cleared through the boss then attempted to clear the whole zone. We almost cleared everything in the entire zone, but ran out of time with 4 statues left at the Mog House. For such a boring zone, it was fun to get so close to a full clear.

On Sunday we headed into Dynamis-Beaucedine for some farming. It’s been too long since the day so I don’t really remember what we got so if I forgot something let me know. >.>

On Monday, we did our sea farm as usual, also doing 8-1 for several of our members. Splitting into two groups, the 8-1 group farmed Ghrah chips while the main group looked for Ix’drg and Temperance. We were lucky to get Temperance to pop on our first try, and he dropped a virtue! No pop on Ix’drg sadly–sucks. Grats to our members who have recently completed CoP!

Tuesday, our Limbus day, was set for Omega. We’ve started to split off into smaller groups to do both Temenos and Apollyon at the same time, so we can do more Protos, and it’s paid off. What didn’t pay off, however, is this Proto-Omega. What the hell.

It’s been a busy week for the linkshell, so I’ll just kick right into with out any fluff.

The biggest news in the LS this week was KtD’s first completed relic! A huge congratulations goes out to Enki on her Gjallarhorn (Thanks go out to Filipo, Navia/Dragonhaven, and Tarenwebber for helping supply the final loan). This relic has been a long time coming and it’s nice to finally see it come to completion.

Besides finishing the Gjallarhorn, we also got to welcome another Ridill into the LS this week, Congratulations to Myri for that. We don’t camp Fafnir very often, but surprisingly managed to pull off 3 straight kills at the start of the week (though as I’m sure much of Asura is aware, the first of these kills was most definitely not our claim, we owe Machina big Thank You for that one). If my memory serves me correctly, that put us at 2 Ridills out of 3 Fafnirs, though there was about a month gap between the Ridill from December and the kills this week.

Besides the Ridill, there as the usual assortment of abjurations and Assjammers.

We did some Sea earlier in the week, including a pair of Prudences and a Fortitude, but they all decided to be stiffs and drop nothing but their weapon, so they don’t get any pictures in this update.

Moving to later in the week, we had a run of some Sky Gods for friday, who mostly seemed to be in a good mood. The 2 Byakko’s we popped were both obviously in a giving mood, coughing up a a pair of Haidates, 3 Neptunal Hands between the 2 of them, 2 Divine logs, a Behemoth Hide and a Damascus Ingot. Other gods weren’t quite so happy about giving us synth materials, but they were still kind enough to give us some needed gear and abjurations.

Saturday we kept ourselves busy, starting off a Faf camp that ended in a lost claim. Having polished off an Ultima chip set earlier in the week, we made the trek out to Temenos. A few Citadel Busters later, we walked out with some shiny red gear for some of our mages.

Eager to give her new Gjallarhorn a workout, we threw Enki together with an army of BLMs and marched out to KRT to pay Vrtra a visit. No Helm, but it was a nice refresher for some of our older members and a new experience for others.

Throwing on a late edit to this, in the midst of a happy drama filled Nidhogg, we walked out of DA this morning with a new E body for the LS, Congratulations Matricide!
